Job Description

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage business and system implementation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, risk, legal, and compliance to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure delivery objectives are met.
• Drive process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary.
• Support project prioritization and resource planning across multiple initiatives.
• Conduct change management activities and ensure business readiness for new processes and systems.
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of banking experience.
• Proven project management experience within retail, commercial, or corporate banking environments.
• Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and customer processes.
• Experience in areas such as lending, payments, wealth management, digital banking, or customer lifecycle management is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
