We are supporting the search for an experienced Project/Programme Manager to lead a high-profile business transformation initiative for a large, complex organisation.

Your new role
This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who can bring structure, pace and governance to a multi-workstream programme operating across multiple stakeholder groups and geographies.
The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination across a broad transformation agenda, ensuring priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, risks surfaced early, and senior stakeholders have the visibility needed to make timely decisions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering complex transformation, change or enterprise-wide programmes.
• Strong programme management discipline, including governance, planning, reporting, dependency management and risk control.
• Confident engaging with senior executives and influencing stakeholders in matrixed environments.
• Highly organised, structured and comfortable creating order where there is ambiguity.
• Able to operate independently, balance strategic context with hands-on delivery and maintain momentum across multiple moving parts.
• Exposure to brand, customer, digital, marketing, communications or operating model transformation would be advantageous
