Quantitative Developer

Responsibilities： 

• Collaborating with other researchers, traders, data scientists, developers
• Sourcing, parsing, maintaining, and analyzing various natures of datasets
• Generating new research ideas, alphas, features
• Applying cutting edge machine learning and optimization methodologies to alpha generation and signal combination

Required Skillsets:

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, physics, or engineering
• Excellent coding skills required C++ and Python
• Very high standards in code quality and good development practices
• Experience with charting/visualization projects (e.g. node.js) is a plus
• Experience in high frequency Futures or Derivatives trading is a plus
• Experience in working on low-latency development work is a plus
• Intellectual curiosity to explore new ideas, solve complex problems, drive innovative processes, and connect the dots between multiple fields
• Capacity to work with autonomy within a collegial and collaborative environment
• Able to communicate with technologists, data scientists and traders across the globe
