Our client is seeking a RO 4 & 9 who focusing on daily operations; Potential RO is acceptable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire operational functions to ensure strict adherence to the operating procedures and compliance with internal guidelines, and statutory legislation and rules
- Supervise daily operations of the investment activities, including fund operations, risk management and investor reporting
- Review financial information and create/forecast operational budgets to increase contribution level
- Coordinate actions with fund managers, fund administration and custodian banks
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduates preferably in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in buy/sell side industry
- Relevant experience in a hedge fund and/or fund administration and/or Big 4 background is preferred; Prior experience in Chinese firm is definitely an advantage
- Holder of relevant SFC licenses for carry out Type 4 or 9 regulated activities
- Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control
- Proficient in Excel
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
