We are instructed on a new headcount at a global trading platform that is keen to hire a regulatory reporting specialist to join their team in Hong Kong.

You will be responsible for regulatory reporting-related matters for the APAC region, focusing on OTC derivatives reporting, position limits, disclosure of interest, and short position reporting in accordance with statutory requirements. You will also participate in change management and data analytics-driven projects with internal stakeholders including compliance, legal, technology, etc., while maintaining and implementing related policies, disclosure requirements, procedures, and manuals.

Candidates should have no less than 3 years of experience handling regulatory reporting for the APAC region, with deep familiarity with global markets-related business lifecycles, products, and related rules and regulations. Solid hands-on knowledge of position limits, disclosure of interest, and short position reporting requirements is essential. Strong data analytics capabilities and proven experience handling project and change management are highly desired.
