Delivering high-quality research and analysis to investors around the world, the Global Research team covers economics, currencies, equities, fixed income and climate change to help our clients best navigate and make sense of turbulent global financial markets. Global Research offers fundamental, cross-asset, technical and quantitative analysis presented through multiple platforms and formats.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Research Marketing.

Principal responsibilities

  • Research Marketing function is extremely important for the successful delivery of a ranked research team and ensuring that the product is monetised to the fullest possible extent
  • The identification and management of key research calls across their entire life cycle, including idea origination, quality control, internal selling and subsequent client interaction
  • Managing the product pipeline to ensure a consistent delivery of ideas and the constant iteration of our higher conviction ideas
  • Aligning research product with other activities, including corporate access and analyst marketing, ensuring ideas are fully developed and client interaction maximised
  • The writing and publishing of various research products including dailies, running client conference calls and managing the monthly wrap products
  • This role is a cross asset role and therefore must work closely with stakeholders across Global Banking and Markets to ensure consistent and relevant content delivery


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Demonstrable and relevant experience gained in a similar role within a Research or Sales environment
  • Familiar with the operation of a large global banks and its culture
  • Good presentation skills and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with a culturally diverse team
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
  • CFA charter a plus
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, are highly preferred
