Capgemini is seeking a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) in Hong Kong to grow the business and manage key strategic accounts. Involved in succession planning and driving new ventures within existing accounts. The SAM will be responsible for selling the company’s Portfolio of services within a given set of Enterprise/Strategic accounts. The mission of this position is to solidify existing customer accounts and elevate Capgemini to a more strategic partner in the customer’s business.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling all Capgemini solutions and services to key Strategic Accounts
  • Solidify existing customer accounts/increase Share-of-wallet and elevate Capgemini to a more strategic position within the accounts
  • Establish new revenue chains from the said Strategic Accounts
  • Sell Capgemini solutions as a 'platform’ within an account and change the role that IT plays from being considered a cost burden to a strategic BU
  • Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns while managing a diverse set of partners within the same accounts
  • Match Capgemini solutions to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
  • help build and sustain a funnel that is 3x of quarterly forecasts
  • Map and maintain relationships at all levels within the complete accounts echo system – IT Heads, policy makers, consultants, advisors, and partners and other key decision makers and influencers
  • Work towards the goal of making accounts standardize on Capgemini solutions

Experience Required

  • Should be working in a similar role in other large organizations
  • Experience handling large Accounts IT/ITES companies (TCS/Tech Mahindra)
  • Must have experience in selling solutions and services in these accounts
  • 15- 17 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a selling role to large named accounts
  • Good relationship with top management in said accounts
  • Experience in working with partners/SIs on large solution-led deals
  • Good network with other OEMs managing the account
  • Proven track record of success selling in a highly competitive environment
