Senior/Treasury Product Manager-GM

Responsibilities:

Follow market changes and customer needs; focus on the development, design and pricing of structured products of different asset classes; assist the superior to improve the existing product portfolio.
Assist marketing colleagues in providing appropriate structured products and strategies based on customer needs.
Assist marketing colleagues in preparing product term sheets, hedging agreements, selling documents and training materials.
Responsible for the maintenance of treasury products.
Participate in various distribution and marketing activities and provide product knowledge training.
Explore customer-oriented product bundle opportunities and new concepts through close collaboration with other product managers.
Promote business planning and improve related workflows through close cooperation with various departments.
Assist in the development and maintenance of selling documents and archives of structured products.
Follow new developments in the market; collect and maintain product information.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above
At least 5 years of work experience in treasury business; familiar with financial markets and related treasury businesses in Mainland, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
HKMA Type: 1. Dealing in securities and 4. Advising on securities or equivalent, or designated professional qualifications required for the marketing business
Familiar with various treasury products; have a clear understanding of product features and risks.
Familiar with corporate clients' asset and liability business, and master general operation procedures of different kinds of business.
Have treasury product application and portfolio composition skills.
With a pioneering spirit, able to actively combine market demand with product portfolio development.
Strong continuous leaning ability, and constantly follow and learn the financial products innovations and applications.
Have a wide range of financial services knowledge, broad business horizons and the abilities to provide comprehensive service advice.
Good personal qualities, professional ethics and teamwork spirit
