The Job:

  • Liaise with different business units to gather business requirements and conduct analysis
  • Collaborate with IT and the vendors to provide system application solutions to address business needs
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance Team to ensure the completeness and quality of user acceptance tests
  • Monitor project progress and prepare management reports
  • Ensure all change requests are well assessed, managed and approved in accordance with the procedures

The Person:

  • Degree holder in information systems, business administration or related subjects
  • Solid understanding of insurance operations and products, with at least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • At least 3-5 years of related working experience
  • Well organized and attentive to details
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong desire to learn and adopt new technology
  • Able to work independently with cross-functional teams and under pressure
  • Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Experience in using Agile and Waterfall methodologies and techniques
