We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Business Transformation Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Take ownership of business transformation activities, supporting the Head of Business Transformation with business planning activities including financial, technological and resource planning
  • Facilitate and support senior management decision making by use of Management Information. Performance information, analytics, forums, stakeholder feedback and HSBC strategy.
  • Analyse Business Transformation performance information, including Scorecards, Annual Operating Plans, Annual Technology Plans and track implementation of key strategic initiatives
  • Oversees the tracking of strategic order book risks, issues and dependencies, assesses the impact on the benefit realization for the program and takes action to minimize impact
  • Investigating and seeking remedies for discrete issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Degree holder, experience in banking sector and complex transformational initiatives
  • Good working knowledge of functional area in an operational or consulting capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to create and drive large scale programmatic change in large organisations
  • Excellent good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytic ability and able to make sensible business judgment
  • Able to organize and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision
