We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Client Services Officer .

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Handle waiver, amendment inquiries or other enquiry from both clients and lenders
  • Monitor submission and dissemination of covenants and other reports during the life of the transaction
  • Communicate with internal and or external parties for matters relating to the process of waiver, amendment or covenant
  • Organize and attend client meetings for the purpose of reviewing or enhancing services standard
  • Arrange and attend conference calls for a better communication amongst lender group
  • Perform periodic review of the transaction
  • Participate and undertake ad-hoc or special projects as and when required
  • Work closely with other offices and ensure that the service provided meet the requirement for internal and external customers
  • Maintain customers satisfaction and continuously look to improve services quality
  • Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing workflow procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor the progress to ensure compliance with all relevant internal Groups policies, guidelines, standards, procedures and external regulatory requirements
  • Assist the team in management oversight of operational risk and internal control adherence to the Groups standard through timely implementation of policies

  • ​A degree holder with relevant banking experience in the middle or back office environment especially with strong and solid knowledge, along with experiences in handling agency business including but not limited to syndicated loan and other fixed income products
  • Any settlement or payment knowledge and experience will be an advantage
  • Proactive, self motivated with the ability to work effectively and independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, while proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
  • Flexible and willing to work on public holidays as required
