As Capco continues to grow, we are seeking experienced change professionals within Financial Services to deliver complex change projects and deliver positive outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for leading teams, conducting analysis, advising clients in addition to driving and shaping key project deliverables.
Essential to Capco’s change delivery methodology is building credible, trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, at all levels of our client’s organization across the business and IT. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience of managing complex strategic projects in a technical environment
Strong design, TOM and business architecture skillset
Experience in Business Case development/ modelling
Proven stakeholder and risk management skills
A background in Management consultancy &/or Financial Services is required
A proven grasp of information technology concepts and processes would be an advantage
