My client, a global banking and financial services organisation, is seeking a high calibre Senior Digital Release Manager with extensive experience in implementing large scale digital projects within the retail banking space. The role involves defining and executing strategies to enhance company services on an ongoing basis and ensuring a timely delivery of all digital projects. You will work alongside heads of platform and technology across their global digital and software delivery community and local digital institutions.

The role involves defining and executing strategies to enhance company services on an ongoing basis and ensuring a timely delivery of all digital projects. You will work alongside heads of platform and technology across their global digital and software delivery community and local digital institutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a team of Senior Release Managers, Digital Implementation Managers and Digital Analysts who will establish business implementation plans and oversee activity that contributes towards deploying new features into the market
  • Driving and enabling feature adoption in line with regional digital objectives to increase digital engagement and revenue, ultimately contributing to improvements for the company
  • Engage with cross functional and global, regional and local teams
  • Ensuring all digital projects are delivered within the expected time frame, integrating digital journey into a multi-channel journey when suitable

Requirements:

  • Experience in building and operating a digital release management function including multi-platform and market support
  • Experience in digital strategy formation and operational planning management and change management
  • Senior leadership experience in customer-centric organisations, in the digital or change management space
  • Knowledge of online and mobile channels, including technical, market place and customer considerations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and Cantonese) and stakeholder management to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers
  • Understanding of project methodology, frameworks and governance
  • International experience is beneficial
