My client is a global insurance business in Hong Kong and they are currently looking for a strong candidate to join their senior leadership team in an operations scope. The main responsibilities and requirements are as follows:


  • Lead a team of insurance operations professionals in carrying out claims, policy administration and customer service
  • Execute business transformation initiatives across the business to ensure operational improvement and efficiency
  • Drive innovative projects to enhance customer experience and broker satisfaction
  • Streamline processes to shorten the turnaround time and meet customer’s expectation of fulfillment quality and turnaround time
  • Collaborate with projects team to streamline processes, shorten the turnaround time and meet customer’s expectations
  • Enhance existing operations systems to meet fulfillment needs, regulation, reporting and operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain relationship with network panels to offer extensive clinic networks and medical services to customers



  • Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 10 years insurance operations experience, preferably with experience leading sizable teams
  • Strong understanding in either claims, customer service or policy administration is required
  • Solid organizational, management and leadership skills
  • Proven experience implementing streamline projects
  • Willing to travel overseas
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
