Act as a product owner to drive the product initiatives and ensure that the products can be launched on time, complaint with regulatory requirements and meet the business target.

  • Actively participate in the design and development of innovative and customer focused products to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze competitors’ product related information, and provide recommendation for product and marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in distributor and customer focus group to generate product ideas and collect feedback.
  • Work closely with internal departments to generate effective sales ideas, marketing materials, sales presentation materials, sales tools etc.
  • Support different distribution channels, i.e. agency and Partnership Distribution, to develop effective marketing plans to promote products.
  • Liaise with various departments and attend Product Implementation Committee to implement new products and enhance existing products and manage a smooth product launch
  • Monitor production, profitability and changes in product mix, and recommend necessary action to achieve target production and profitability
  • Participate in adhoc projects related to new business and product initiatives, and to provide team support when required

Job Requirements

  • University / College graduate plus 15 years of working experience in the insurance industry
  • In-depth knowledge in responsible for product development area
  • Excellent written skills on both Chinese and English.
