We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Officer, MPF Operations.

Principal responsibilities

  • To monitor and control daily operational tasks of the team across employee benefits area, such as regulatory reporting, handling objection case and adhoc enquiries from the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, ensure compliance with statutory deadlines where applicable
  • Handle requests from internal and external customers and ensure that they comply with internal service standard and external compliance requirement
  • To perform control tasks within the team
  • Manage respective teams to meet business and compliance need
  • To work on adhoc special projects and assignments as required by management, for example, system enhancement projects
  • To provide adequate and appropriate training to new staff and coach staff on daily operations
  • Assist in preparing statistics for management information and reporting purposes
  • Coordinate the publication of customer forms with suppliers including typeset, proofread, delivery and inventory controls
  • Ensure the form changes are compliant to regulatory requirement and liaise with relevant stakeholders for approvals

  • University degree in Business or related discipline
  • Solid working experience with basic knowledge of retirement benefits and Mandatory Provident Fund
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
