Senior Operations Manager, Trade settlement

My client is 1st tier securities firm looking for a senior manager to join their team. Ideal candidates with 8-10 years of experience in settlements is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the trade processing and settlement function for Hong Kong and US Stocks;
• Handle daily stock transaction properly;
• Manage daily reconciliation for cash and stock;
• Handle foreign exchange transaction and remittance;
• Liaise with external counter-parties and other departments on settlement issues;
• Ensure the operations process are in compliance;
• Provide administrative and clerical support, such as data input and document filing;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of solid experience in trade settlements within financial service industry
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• High levels of accuracy and numeracy
