Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC's position as a provider of world-class retail banking and wealth management solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Premier Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Premier Hong Kong, you will drive proposition launches and implement business strategies in Premier segment in alignment with Group
  • Formulate strategy to differentiate and elevate Premier proposition based on key customer insights and trends to establish HSBC Premier as the leading and preferred bank for the affluent
  • Analyze competitive dynamics, including new launches from technology non-traditional players and evaluate HSBC Premier's strategy against such trends to develop opportunities and actions for enhancement
  • Own and execute the Premier Proposition revamp strategy by driving key enhancement projects and influencing partners across products, digital, sales, marketing and others
  • Develop plan and implement business tactical campaigns to achieve portfolio growth in terms of customers number or income through a variety of marketing programs
  • Develop and track to annual plans the performance and execution of various Premier segment marketing initiatives and programs to achieve portfolio growth in terms of customers and revenues
  • Develop analysis and technical reviews of Premier portfolio and provide insights on performance. Utilize insights to develop new programs to achieve business objectives on proposition differentiation, growth and customer satisfaction
  • Improve customer experience through revamp of onboarding and customer engagement journeys through process improvement and service enhancements
  • Drive digitization and automation initiatives to set higher standards on customer experience and service levels
  • Support the development of International Premier business and collaboration initiatives in alignment with Group and Country strategic directives
  • Support special projects in relation to Premier proposition enhancement
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including Retail Distribution, Channel, Product teams, Marketing, Compliance and Legal to facilitate development and implementation of initiatives and projects
  • Effectively train, motivate and develop junior managers and staff within the Premier segment team towards meeting key objectives


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University graduate with business studies related discipline and working experience preferably in retail banking and product management with top and bottom line responsibilities
  • Strategic skillset in retail banking and wealth management
  • Possess understanding of integrated accounts and overall banking products
  • Familiar with the ever-changing market conditions including competitive, digital and Fintech
  • Can work independently and proactively
  • Strong project management skills in developing and implementing initiatives and possess the ability to solve problems promptly and effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent people management skill
  • Strong numerical ability and analytical skills
