Senior Product Proposition Manager, Business Banking

Job Responsibilities:

Drive deposit and lending business to optimize profitable growth and achieve business targets under business banking segment
Work closely with product teams to promote new product development and enhance service propositions related to deposits, corporate card, transaction banking and payments to increase market competitiveness and enhance brand value
Design product proposition covering product features, pricing, offering and customer communications, in response to customer need
Establish sales and services protocol for various channels, including frontline and digital channels
Identify the customer pain points , suggest appropriate customer journey, suggest process re-engineering and system enhancement for customer experience improvement and operation risk migration
Design and execute marketing strategy and customer communication messages across multiple channels
Promote structured cross-selling models as agreed with key product, channel and marketing stakeholders
Monitor business results, customer values, sales performance by channel & campaign with quantitative study, recommend tactical initiatives to achieve business target

Job Requirements:

Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
At least 12 year experience in financial industry with hand on experience customer , product or portfolio management
Proactive , innovative with remarkable organizing & problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer centricity
Strong strategic thinking capacity with the ability to translate concepts into business insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Capability to manage data analysis with tools like Microsoft Excel & Access
Exposure in commercial banking business will be a plus
Less experienced candidate will be considered as Manager role
