Our client is a leading global player in the financial services sector. In view of their strengthening presence in Hong Kong, they are looking to recruit a top-tier Rewards professional to join them in their Compensation & Benefits function.
The role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert to the business, supporting on daily C&B activities with a focus on executive compensation, salary and bonus review cycles, benchmarking and process streamlining. You will also work on data analysis and management and take part in regional C&B projects. You will be required to collaborate extensively with the organisation within the region and strong relationships will need to be developed.
To qualify, you will be degree-educated and have a proven track of relevant C&B/Rewards/executive compensation experience gained from in-house or consulting positions in a regional capacity, preferably within large financial institutes. Previous project management exposure is essential as is a good grasp of complex, matrix working environments. You will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a very high level of English proficiency. Most of all, you will be a motivated and dynamic individual, with the capability to work very independently, while being an integral part of a small team. Fluent English is a prerequisite.
