About the Role This is a hands-on engineering role within a large-scale enterprise environment, combining engineering and L3 support. You will take ownership of Windows desktop and Citrix VDI platforms across APAC.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in Windows infrastructure, desktop engineering or End User Computing
Strong hands-on experience with Citrix VDI
Proven experience delivering Windows migration projects
Experience with large-scale OS migrations, upgrades and enterprise desktop transformation
Strong technical knowledge of some of the following:
- Windows Desktop
- Citrix VDI
- Active Directory
- Group Policy / GPO
- MECM / SCCM
- Enterprise endpoint management
Experience taking solutions through design, testing, deployment and operational support

Advantageous Experience

Microsoft Intune
PowerShell scripting and automation
Microsoft Azure
Windows 365 / Cloud PC
Microsoft and/or Citrix certifications
Previous experience within banking, financial services or another highly regulated enterprise environment
