A motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking to develop their project management skills while utilizing their infrastructure experience and expertise. This opportunity entails joining a collaborative team environment to provide necessary support to projects with their infrastructure needs. The delivery of the infrastructure requirements will involve strong written and verbal communication skills, vendor and client relationship management, and infrastructure procurement / configuration.



Manage the Hosting services delivery to answer new IT projects' infrastructure needs. Working in close relation with all cross functional areas (data center services, network, server, database teams), customers and vendors to deliver new physical and virtual environments and ensure all technical and business requirements accurately reflect the defined processes.

Key Accountabilities / Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with Business and IT Management to identify requirements for change and seek alignment on priorities and budgets
  • Understand clients' infrastructure needs for their new project and then determine how to meet them within the context of the business and in a cost-effective manner
  • Execute day-to-day IT vendor governance and service delivery responsibilities
  • Monitor vendor service levels & resolve issues
  • Drive service improvements and cost efficiencies with key vendors and service providers ensuring a mutually beneficial customer / vendor relationship
  • Coordinate with data center, network and server teams to ensure smooth delivery and configuration of new servers
  • Serve as point of escalation for issues related to Hosting Service Delivery
  • Communicate with vendors and team members at a technical (infrastructure) and non-technical level ensuring requirements are understood and met
  • Interact with all stakeholders (customers, client technical staff, vendors) in person, via email and via phone
  • Monitor KPIs and the quality of service delivered and work with service providers to ensure KPIs and quality standards are maintained
  • Review and propose improvements to increase quality of the Hosting Services delivery process



IT Specialist or Business Analyst with 1-3 years' experience, Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent
