Corporate Real Estate - Social Affairs

Hang Seng's Corporate Real Estate is a team of professionals managing nearly 300 properties in Hong Kong used by thousands of staff to support millions of customers. Whether it is a customer entering the branch or a staff collaborating in the office, the team is responsible for making it a positive experience.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Social Affairs Officer .

Principal responsibilities
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries for catering bookings
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties e.g supporting departments and vendors to ensure a smooth execution and in high quality
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the operations team
  • Routine posting and recording of payments to accounts ledger Process payment of all internal reimbursements according to established bank policies
  • To Monthly preparation of assigned ledger accounts breakdown


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above in Hotel, Catering Management or related studies
  • Minimum 5 years solid event management experiences in food and beverage / hospitality
  • Customer service and details-oriented and well organised
  • Proficient in computer knowledge e.g. Microsoft Excel , Microsoft Word
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
