To support our fast-paced and expanding business, we are looking for talented Customer Service Specialists to support our Customer Service Team, the role reports to the Customer Service Manager.

To support our fast-paced and expanding business, we are looking for talented Customer Service Specialists to support our Customer Service Team, the role reports to the Customer Service Manager.  

Responsibilities

  • To handle customer inquiries and service request through email and live chat
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure consistent customer service quality
  • Use best judgement to select the best course of action to resolve customer concerns
  • Keep records of customer interactions in order to propose enhancements to customer service quality
  • Other duties assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • HKDSE graduate, diploma or above in customer service or related field is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of experience working in multi-channel environment ( telephone, email, chat) highly preferred
  • Shift work is required (5 Day work week)
  • Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
