We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as System Analyst .

Principal responsibilities

  • Participate in the continued development of application system to support Retail Banking and Wealth Management for HK and Asia Pacific markets, ensure the design and solution is aligned with architecture standards, IT and business strategy meet business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of technology trends and advise IT and the business about potential benefits and impacts.
  • Customer Focus, engages the customer, effectively communicates relevant information, products and services at the right time.
  • Ensure that the highest level of quality for all activities and products are provided.
  • Ensure that all existing and new service patterns and deployments guides are taken.
  • Adhere to transformation priorities for Retail Banking and Wealth Management in HK market.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions and external regulatory.


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline
  • Good experience with exposure to all stages of the application development process and lifecycle
  • Solid experience on application development
  • Able to engage with other internal IT teams or external vendors to resolve and follow through on problems
  • Self motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Technical architecture leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively as a technical architecture leader or on an individual basis would be an added advantage
  • Practical experience in Agile and DevOps an added advantage
  • Proficient knowledge in distributed system and architecture
  • Good risk management and mitigation skills
  • Strong analytical, good logical problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in flexible schedule and in different office locations when required
