Our client is a leading hedge fund company in China. In line with its expansion plans, they would like to invite highly qualified talents to join as Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Collect and organize the recruitment needs of various business departments, and maintain effective communication with the business departments;
Responsible for information release, channel cooperation, interviews, selection, and employment of the positions to be recruited;
Manage and develop recruitment channels as well as maintain the talent pool;
Complete other tasks assigned by leaders

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above;
Solid recruitment experience in Hedge Fund/Investment-related sector;
At least 5 to 10 years work experience in headhunting specializes in Financial Services industry, especially in Hedge Fund/Investment-related sector;
Prior experience in managing recruitment in a fast growing mode is highly preferred;
Hands-on and independent with self-initiative, prior experience in start-up operations is a big plus;
Cheerful, patient, proactive, rigorous work, and teamwork spirit;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good command of English and Mandarin;
Immediately available is highly preferred
