Job Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings.
• Act as a key point of contact, liaising professionally with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Process expenses and invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Support general office administration, as well as ad hoc projects, events, and team initiatives.
• Assist with on-site support for visiting colleagues and stakeholders from regional or global offices.

The Successful Applicant

• A strong background in administrative support or secretarial roles in financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin woud be highly preferred.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
