Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as VP, Client Solutions.

Principal responsibilities

  • Produce high quality documents to acquire new or maintain existing business
  • Improve quality and depth of first cut for assigned markets
  • Timely submission of documentation
  • Increase Securities Services profile by contributing to winning industry awards
  • Ensure overall internal and external client satisfaction on documents prepared
  • Provide ongoing support to the assigned networks or branches
  • Foster positive and professional working relationships with networks and business contacts
  • Promote consistency of information across markets by sharing best practice responses


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Preferably University degree in Finance or Banking or business related subject
  • Experience in the securities industry or custody related functions
  • Knowledge of securities market, sub custody business and structure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to details
  • Organised with good time management and prioritisation skills
