Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of Insurance Specialists in referral making and cross-selling insurance products
- Manage team's overall performance and quality to meet the business target
- Enhance the team's selling and servicing skills through training, coaching and case sharing
- Ensure the team to fully comply with the regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures
- Work closely with marketing and other support departments on strategies, plans and related procedures and processes to achieve revenue, product penetration and customer satisfaction goals
- Manage the overall insurance sales figure preparation and analytics, provide sales strategies with senior management for business planning
Qualifications: - University graduate
- At least 5 years of relevant experience on insurance selling and leading insurance sales team
- Licensing qualifications - Licensed in HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and 5
- Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) is preferred
- Sound knowledge of insurance industry and products
- Aggressive and result-oriented
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of applyMicrosoft office e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint is a must
- Good command of English and Cantonese
