VP/ SVP, Strategic Partnership, Banking

Our client is a leading banking group with diversified businesses in Retail, Corporate and Private banking. With their continuous growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre partnership professional to join their strategic partnership team focusing on GBA/ cross-border/ private wealth management.

Reporting to the Head of strategic partnership, you will be a deputy head of the team to drive strategic partnership and enhance the bank's ecosystem to support the growth of retail, commercial and private banking businesses. You will develop partnership strategies focusing on GBA, cross-border, high net worth segments and wealth management to strengthen customer & product propositions by leveraging the assets of partners and banks. You will work with internal stakeholders to under business needs and explore and acquire potential partners and drive negotiations and collaborations to achieve business objectives.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• University degree in related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' experience in partnership /segment management / marketing/ business management for banking/ financial services industry
• Cross-border/ GBA experience/ wealth management experience is a must
• Strong analytical, negotiations and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
