Vice President - CCASS Project Manager/ Business Analyst - Change Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the formulation of system roadmap, analyse business requirements and evaluation of technical specifications for Cash Clearing System
• Identify the functional boundary of the components of Post Trade System with technical expertise
• Perform business analysis, develop business model / case, and prepare proposals or presentations for Operations senior management for analysis or decision making
• Cooperate with internal departments, liaise with external business counterparts, relevant statutory bodies, market practitioners and participants in project execution

Requirements:

• At least 10 years' of experience, of which at least 2 years at management / supervisory level in Post Trade of securities arm in well-established financial organizations
• Substantial experience in strategy formulation and project management in various stages including planning, implementation and monitoring
• Experience and knowledge on implementing large-scale infrastructure in other market is preferable
• Candidates with experience in other clearing house and central securities depository is an advantage
• Familiarity with HKEX Group business of Post Trade, Clearing House Rules and related legislations an asset
• Experience in using Confluence and JIRA project management tools
• University Degree. Holder of relevant professional qualification such as CFA or CPA a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua • Conversant with MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint
