Essential Skills required to Lead the team:
➢ Good understanding of CIS control frame work to lead first level of defence.
➢ Experience in IAM tools SailPoint, Oracle, Cyberark etc..
➢ Excellent understanding of SOX, SOC1 or similar controls, preferably in an Investment Banking domain.
➢ Knowledge and understanding of strategy for managing risks pertaining to Un-authorized access.
➢ Expert knowledge & understanding around access recertification processes
➢ Addition/modification/deletion of user Access provisioning on multiple Business & IT applications across different platforms and operating systems.
➢ Have expert knowledge on the users ID, system/batch ID, Priv ID's & Elevated access management.
➢ Excellent working knowledge on the role based access control model (RBAC) for access management.
➢ Excellent hands on working knowledge of Termination Process, HR transfers process & Recertification process.
➢ Exp on responding to Audit Request & providing walkthrough to internal and external auditors.
➢ Good hands on experience on creating/modification of Standard Operating Process.
➢ Creation / modification of Special / Privilege accounts / elevated access for users and System ID's.
➢ Understanding of Active Directory.
➢ Exposure to Mailbox Creation, Email accounts Creations.
➢ Knowledge on Windows, UNIX, SQL, Oracle and Sybase with respect to user's access management.
➢ Exposure to access management tool Sail point or similar tools will be an added advantage. Qualifications & Competencies :
➢ Bachelor's Degree in a computer or IT related subject. CISSP,CISM or CompTIA Security+ Certifications will be an advantage.
➢ ITIL or Project management certification(PMP) and/or MBA will be a plus
➢ 12+ years of experience in User Access provisioning, preferably in Investment management banking domain, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading a team of 7-10 employees.
➢ Experience on process improvements , Transition and Project Management and automation along with creative thinking.
➢ Excellent Verbal and Business communication skills, along with good influencing skills.
➢ Good exposure to Lean/Six Sigma, with practical experience is desirable
➢ Excellent time management skills, along with strong problem resolution and analytical skills.
➢ Exposure to ticketing tools and expertise in generating Dashboards to report and act on trends.
➢ Proven ability to coach engineers to get positive outcomes along with ability to train technically.
➢ Exposure to knowledge management and Training content creation and delivery. Work Environment
24/7/365 Model. Will be required to work mostly in EMEA Hours (1pm-10pm), Should be flexible to work anytime including weekends & On call as per the business need.
