Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Funds Reporting Analyst to develop, maintain, and support reporting solutions across our funds administration platform. In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, build SQL-based datasets, and deliver high-quality reports for internal and external clients. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical, reporting, and database skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships, drive process improvements, and contribute to the evolution of reporting capabilities and best practices within a global financial services environment.

What You'll Do

• You'll gather, analyze, and translate business and client reporting requirements into effective reporting solutions, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with business objectives.
• You'll design, develop, maintain, and enhance client-specific reports and SQL-based datasets while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting outputs.
• You'll support key business applications, document functional designs and reporting solutions, and ensure adherence to established controls, processes, and governance standards.
• You'll collaborate with global business and IT teams to review reporting solutions, identify gaps and enhancement opportunities, and drive continuous improvements and operational efficiencies.
• You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, quickly understand client and business needs, provide application support, and contribute to the ongoing development of reporting best practices and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

About You

• You have hands-on experience with SQL query writing, database concepts, data analysis, data mining, data manipulation, and reporting solution development using BI tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI, SSIS, and Tableau.
• You are comfortable working with APIs, relational databases, and reporting platforms, and can translate business requirements into clear, accurate, and scalable reporting solutions.
• You have experience producing technical documentation and presenting complex information clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders in a professional environment.
• You possess strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English and exceptional attention to detail.
• You thrive in a global environment, consistently deliver high-quality work against deadlines, have strong knowledge of BI, data and analytics, advanced Excel and SQL skills, and ideally bring exposure to programming languages such as Python, R, C#, Java, or VB.Net, along with knowledge of fund administration, financial services, or accounting principles.
