Sales Enablement Organization focuses on accelerating commercial business growth through training, tools and insights to provide a best-in-class customer experience and create a culture of doing it the right way.

Signing QC & Governance Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Signing Governance team and support the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of Signing Quality Control (QC) across various US SME segments. This role requires a strong governance and analytical mindset to ensure sales activities and signings are aligned with defined Rules of Engagement, Signing QC guidelines, and control requirements, while enabling a seamless colleague experience. The incumbent will partner closely with Sales and AD leadership, P&I, ONE.Force Capabilities, Technology, Control Management, CEG, and other cross-functional teams to identify trends, risks, and process gaps, drive automation and simplification opportunities, and strengthen the overall Signing Governance framework.

Responsibilities

• This role will support the fast-accelerating GCS business.
• The role will require establishing governance and controls for sales practices in collaboration with operation excellence and compliance teams.
• Effectively engage with stakeholders to understand the business requirements.
• Partnership with Stakeholders and Business Partners to provide valuable insights to support leadership.
• Support sales organization growth by effectively managing sales portfolio.
• Drive Analytics and Insights through various data tools.
• Leverage Gen AI and automation solutions to improve governance, analytics, monitoring, and overall process efficiency.
• Drive initiatives through project management.
• Driving resolution for escalations (if any).
• Stay focused on relationships, understanding business strategy and objectives.

Qualifications

Academic Background

• Graduate/Engineering/Masters from a reputed university.
• 5 Years of experience

Technical Skills/Capabilities:

• Good knowledge of big data
• Salesforce
• Looking for statistical and operational experience.
• Behavioral Skills/Capabilities:
• Good communication and presentation skills
