Heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with multiple leaders/ teams and assistants across geographies/ time zones to coordinate a variety of meetings.
Help coordinate travel arrangements (Domestic or International) and reservations, as needed.
Expense submission for the leader and the team.
Prioritize work based on requirements/ urgency with minimum guidance.
Track action items, summarize miscellaneous reports / documents, as and when required. Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in scheduling or voice process.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to interact with people (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Ability to work with teams, leaders in a virtual environment.
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
Strong sense of personal accountability and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
