Job Description:

As a Reconciliation and Corporate Actions Analyst , you will support day-to-day operational activities across reconciliation and corporate actions for equity, fixed income, and FX transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in investment operations and the trade lifecycle within a global asset management environment.

You will work closely with internal teams such as portfolio managers, traders, analysts, and operations colleagues, contributing to accurate data management, timely reporting, and efficient operational processes. With structured training and hands-on exposure, you will develop technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills while upholding high operational and ethical standards.

Years of Experience

• 0-1 years of experience, including internships, projects, or part-time roles in financial services, operations, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and interest in financial markets are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with an appreciation for data accuracy and controls.
• Basic understanding or academic exposure to financial markets, securities, or investment products (equity, fixed income, FX preferred).
• Comfortable working with data using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Analytical curiosity with the ability to investigate issues and escalate appropriately.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and new processes.

Responsibilities

• Support daily trade, cash, and position reconciliations across equity, fixed income, and FX instruments.
• Assist in reconciling data between internal systems and external custodians or fund administrators.
• Perform basic cash and position checks, including dividends, interest, fees, and corporate action postings.
• Support the processing of corporate actions such as dividends, splits, mergers, and tax adjustments under guidance.
• Help identify, document, and escalate reconciliation breaks or data mismatches.
• Assist in preparing daily, monthly, and periodic operational reports.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to established operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve routine operational queries.
• Support initiatives to improve workflows, automation, and reporting efficiency.
• Handle sensitive data responsibly and adhere to internal policies and controls.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, data filters).
• Interest in investment operations, asset management, or financial services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Exposure to financial systems or tools (e.g., Bloomberg, portfolio accounting systems) is a plus but not mandatory.
