Investment Risk Analyst
The purpose of the Investment Risk Analyst is to prepare the monthly and the quarterly reports for various desks comes under Equity, Regulatory, and Managed funds meetings. Responsibilities
Independently gather data, while checking for data integrity and assuring a quality output in preparing risk reports.
Use a high attention to detail and perform self-quality checks.
Execute reports in a timely and accurate manner under stringent deadlines.
Extract and assemble Risk Analytical Reports for Portfolio Risk Managers.
Understand and work on key Portfolio Risk metrics for Business Partners.
Support additional risk/performance initiatives, as needed.
Produce and communicate results to business partners.
Manage day to day activities. Required Qualifications
Master degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong Portfolio Risk Assessment knowledge.
Strong knowledge of Excel.
Basic understanding of Capital Markets (esp. Equity, Fixed Income, and Managed Assets).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to independently manage multiple tasks.
Critical thinker (problem solving, organizational skills, and familiarity with investment and risk measurement concepts).
