Sr. System Analyst - ServiceNow
Job Description

- Managing Service now day to day admin activities
- Moving update sets.
- Cloning SNOW instances.
- Batching update sets
- Managing Service Now Upgrades and keeping everyone in the team notified
- Performing QA Testing
- Preparing Service Now Test cases.
- Manging MID Servers
- Attending P1 Issues and being available for the bridges
- Being able to handle some Tier 1 issues.


• Participate in Agile development methodologies
• Support & maintain applications by proactively resolving issues and enhance application stability
• Assist with product roadmap & business capabilities that align with the application
• Continuously monitor application performance and vendor recommended patches & upgrades
• Collaborate with fellow team members to improve the quality and scalability of supported systems and provide recommendations
• Partner with the business on exploring new opportunities to add value using technology
• Experience on ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation
• Define and implement differentiators for ServiceNow QA and support projects
• Experience on following ServiceNow modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management and CMS
• Experience on QA and testing.
• Experience on basic Java scripting
• Experience on building test cases on Test Management module in Service Now
• Experience in handling service now incident and request queue.
• Experience in clone & deployment in ServiceNow
• Experience in documentation and review activities
• Experience in complex data migration
• Experience in conducting trainings on ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 6+ years of experience as an application engineer
• 4+ years of ServiceNow QA, configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on QA and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
• SNOW administration experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Admin

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications Preferred: ITIL Foundations, ServiceNow Administration and development
