About the Role

We are seeking a NetSuite Solution Consultant with a strong understanding of core financialbusiness processes and at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience. Thisrole will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing tailored NetSuite solutions, andguiding clients through successful ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will haveexpertise in finance and accounting workflows, system configurations, and best practices foroptimizing NetSuite to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support NetSuite implementations, configurations, and optimizations,ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Analyze and map core financial processes (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, RevenueRecognition, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, Financial Reporting).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, andtranslate business needs into NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and customize NetSuite, including workflows, scripts, saved searches, andreports, to enhance system functionality.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements withinNetSuite.
• Provide user training, support, and documentation to ensure effective system adoption.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, toensure seamless integration and system scalability.
• Assist in data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting during implementation andpost-go-live support.
• Stay up to date with NetSuite updates and industry best practices to provide proactiverecommendations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and consulting, with a focus onfinancial modules.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and core businessprocesses (CPA or finance background is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite configurations, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, andsaved searches.
• Experience in business process mapping and optimization within NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needsinto system solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead discussions with stakeholdersand end-users.
• Experience with SuiteScript, integrations, or other ERP systems is a plus.
