About Role:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams in delivering innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), Design Patterns, and a solid understanding of Event-driven Microservices Architecture. This role will involve guiding technical architecture, collaborating closely with product managers, owning end-to-end delivery ensuring that our solutions align with market needs.

• Proven record of leading and mentoring engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Leading delivery and ownership of projects end-to-end.
• Leading team of Engineers to design and implement technical architecture and solutions based on business requirements.
• Work closely with Product Managers to understand market demands and translate them into technical strategies.
• Oversee CI/CD processes using tools such as Bitbucket/Git and Jenkins to ensure efficient deployment.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with a strong understanding of AWS and its associated services.
• Ensure robust database management and design using MySQL and MongoDB.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI-driven development tools, and drive practical adoption to improve engineering productivity and platform capabilities

Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

Cloud-native platforms, distributed microservices architecture, API-first development , container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, relational and NoSQL databases, event-driven systems, observability platforms, and AI-powered engineering productivity tools

The following describes the general qualifications and physical, sensory and mental abilities normally associated with performing the essential functions of this position.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in managing technical teams and projects.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable architectures in a microservices environment.
• Strong expertise in Node-based technologies, MERN stack and best practices in software development.
• Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
