Position Summary :

ICF seeks a Renewable Energy Engineer to support implementation monitoring and programme management activities for PM Surya Ghar, PM-KUSUM, and state renewable energy initiatives in Maharashtra.

Job Description:

Support programme monitoring and implementation tracking.

Coordinate with MEDA, MSEDCL, vendors, and district stakeholders.

Track approvals, inspections, and commissioning milestones.

Maintain project and beneficiary databases.

Support dashboard preparation and performance analytics.

Conduct field verification and monitoring activities.

Assist in vendor performance reviews.

Support management reporting and review meetings.

Facilitate stakeholder consultations and training programmes.

Assist in impact assessments and programme evaluations.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; Master's Degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy sector; Experience in at least one renewable energy project

Working Relationships :

Work closely with client, internal PMU colleagues and relevant state, utility, financial, vendor or technology stakeholders.

Maintain role-specific work plans, action trackers, deliverable calendars and supporting records.

Produce clear, accurate and decision-ready outputs within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Handle programme, beneficiary, financial, portal and stakeholder information confidentially and follow approved access and information-security requirements.

Undertake field travel and support urgent programme reviews when required by the assignment.
