Assists in monitoring systems, follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), and helps resolve basic user issues.

Communicates effectively with users and team members, documents incidents, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Demonstrates a willingness to learn, follow processes, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
