Project Accountant, Multinational, Cork

Our client is a leading US Multinational based in Cork with an expanding finance team. With strong growth forecasted for 2022 they are seeking to expand the finance team to support entry into new markets and the offering of new products.

The Position:

This role will be focused on ensuring the accounting function can support these new markets. Duties will include:

• Due Diligence on propspective markets and products
• Financial Analysis
• Project Management to set up the financial processes and integrate into accounting team
• Lead reporting process
• Participate in global process improvement

The Person

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA etc) with relevant experince of entering into new markets
• Ideally 3+ years of PQE
• Experience of US GAAP and IFRS
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills
