Our client is an elite membership based organisation who have gone through a finance restructure and are seeking to appoint an Accounts Assistant following the implementation of a new finance package.



Located in South Dublin with a strong hybrid model of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote working, this is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to be part of a forward-thinking and evolving organization.



Responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of bank reconciliations for a number of bank accounts


• Accounts receivable


• Creditor reconciliations


• Credit control


• Accounts payable, posting and processing payments


• Reconciling supplier accounts


• Tax and statutory returns


• Complete other tasks and administrative duties as requested

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years' experience in a busy finance function


• Excellent communication skills - fully fluent written and spoken English essential


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel


• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines


• Organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
