Our client is a long-established Big4 firm based in Dublin. They have a varied base of clients across a number of industry sectors. They provide their clients with business advice across audit and general accounts preparation. This is a progressive firm whose partners are keen to further develop the practice. Role: Assistant Manager

They are seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager to strengthen their audit team. Reporting to the Partners the role will be focused on managing the relationship between the firm and its key clients.

This role will include:

• Managing and Planning audit, audit exempt and project assignments.
• Receive the P&L and Balance Sheet from the client and prepare the financial statements accordingly.
• Working with existing clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Provide high-level technical support to key clients.
• Identify and market additional service offerings to existing clients.
• Responsible for working to deadlines and within budgets on each assignment.

The role is challenging and will allow the candidate to become involved in providing solid and interesting business solutions. The existing partners are keen to recruit a candidate who can contribute to the development of their firm.

Key Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified - newly qualified to 3 year's PQE.
• Strong academics.
• Confident and articulate - comfortable both dealing with clients and managing junior staff.
• Good technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
• Motivated and capable of working independently.
