Reporting to the Head of HR EMEA you will partner with business managers to drive business growth through organizational and human resource development

Responsibilities overview

Manage and develop organisational performance through strategic HR plans

Lead innovative strategies to ensure strong staff engagement and staff retention

Develop leaders and internal talent through talent identification and succession planning

Drive organisational change and l effectiveness projects

Lead and advise on M&A and TUPE processes

Proactive strategic business partnering

Resource planning and headcount forecasting

Budget management

Reward and benefits management

Performance management

Deliver HR reports and analysis to key stakeholders and business channels

 

Qualifications & Experience

HR Degree or equivalent and management experience

10 years of relevant experience preferably in an international organisation in a Senior HR Business Partner or Manager role 

Commercially focused and ability to engage with the business at all levels

Excellent influencing, analytical, problem solving and organisational skills 

Matrix environment experience desirable

Experience with project based working with excellent people management and communication skills

Must be eligible to work in Ireland
