Test Automation Engineer
As a Test Automation Engineer within the global Security & Compliance CTO Team you will be supporting internal Dev teams through owning the Quality Assurance phase of our SDLC, creating and running manual and automated test suites along with relevant documentation, as well as driving the excellence in the area of creating the best web applications for cybersecurity automation and orchestration, putting our internal customers in the centre of it all. This role will provide you with the opportunity to help us change our culture and drive change across the organization. Together we will try and work on improving the technology stack both internally and in the cloud for an enhanced user experience, one we can be proud of.

The below is what we are looking for but you may not have it all, we will expect you to learn and bridge the gaps of which we have a great learning platform called Degreed, with a wide range of learning materials and sources for you. We are creating an "above the line" culture and we need people to think like this.

What you'll do:
  • Create and manage manual and automated test cases and related tools as well as maintain the existing test plans
  • Create and maintain QA documentation
  • Use COTS (Common Of The Shelf) and create custom testing tools, based on needs and use case
  • Contribute to the quality of the end-user documentation and UX/UI of the products we develop
  • Enrich our CI/CD pipeline with CV (Continuous Validation)
  • Report found defects to Developers and work with them to find the root cause, reproduce the issue and validate the fix
  • Drive continuous product improvement initiative through suggesting ideas and new features to the Product Owner based on the available data and user feedback
  • Create test reports and Quality Assurance dashboards
  • Participate in Scrum meetings and Product demos

Who you are:
  • You have at least 2 years of commercial experience in Web Application Testing area (preferably .NET applications using Selenium)
  • You are familiar with SDLC, DevOps, Agile methodologies and testing concepts/techniques (having ISTQB certification would be an asset)
  • You can perform basic sysadmin tasks in Windows Server, Microsoft SQL, Powershell, VMware vSphere and Jenkins
  • You are passionate about creating the best possible Products and have a very strong attention to detail
  • You love automating things
  • You know how to use Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence
