How you'll make an impact

You'll help customers find the protection that's right for them while delivering a friendly, professional and personalised service. You'll:

• Speak with customers to understand their needs and help them explore suitable insurance options.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer service and support.
• Provide guidance on a range of personal insurance products.
• Prepare and manage quotations, renewals and policy changes.
• Work closely with insurers and underwriters to find the best solutions for customers.
• Support customers across phone, email and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Continue developing your knowledge and professional skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.

About you

You don't need insurance experience to join us. We're looking for people who are:

What You'll Need:

• A Leaving Certificate (or equivalent qualification), or a relevant third-level qualification.
• A willingness to learn and work towards professional insurance qualifications, fully supported by us.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
