Role

We are hiring a hands-on CTO to join the founding team and lead architecture, engineering, and technical execution across both products.

Posizione

You will:

• Own technical direction and product architecture
• Lead and grow the engineering team in Milan
• Review code, make architectural decisions, and ship production systems
• Coordinate multiple product tracks across backend services and frontend applications
• Work directly with the Founder & CEO

What we need

• Experience shipping and operating a B2B SaaS product in production
• Proven experience with AI / LLM systems used by paying customers
• Strong hands-on engineering capability

Strong fit

• Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React
• Multi-tenant SaaS and event-driven systems
• Distributed engineering team leadership
• Marketplace and SaaS product economics understanding
• Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments

Stack

• Python 3.12, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis
• React, TypeScript, Tailwind
• AWS ECS/Fargate, Terraform
• Anthropic / multi-model AI infrastructure
• MCP tooling, RAG, agentic workflows

More Info

• Founding-team role
• Milan-based preferred (2-3 days/week hybrid)
