The candidate will:
  • setup & develop CRM Solution based latest innovative concept (AI, Machine Learning, Software Automation, Collaboration)
  • design & implement Customer Centric solution based on 360° customer view
  • understand and assess business requirements
  • identify the ideal solution based on customer need
  • integrate CRM Solutions with third-party applications
  • include market leading security standards into IT solutions
  • provide best practices/standards supporting the platform adoption and full application lifecycle (design, development, change control, UAT, deployment and support)
    • ensuring quality rules are enforced and quality work packages are delivered
    • providing hands on expert level assistance to developers on technical issues
  • interface with Vendor for solution design
  • d evelop POC/POV to provide tangible assets
  • provide governance assigning correct priorities to the team activities
  • advise customer's executives with the best cost-effective solutions
  • interact with colleagues and contribute to their professional development
Technical Skills:

Candidate must be familiar with Salesforce solutions (Marketing, Sales, Service, Community, Analytics, etc.) and related platforms (Tableau, Heroku, etc.).
He/She should have:
  • 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Consultant
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems
  • Experience with Lightning development and other tools to extend the platform leveraging the knowledge of web application development
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification
  • Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification
  • Proven solution engineering and real-world delivery of enterprise experience
  • Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely, to author technical documents with design and integration details
  • Ability to understand both Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery models, the importance of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle Principles) and Salesforce development best practices
